Last month I did my first reading at Grumpy Bert in Boerum Hill. It was hosted by Lost Lit where I have been taking workshops for the last year. It was very sweet and intimate and lovely to hear everyone's work in a supportive setting.
I have been thinking a lot about the ways in which we can all share more art with each other and hope to host some salon-style readings this fall. So many people are working on inspiring projects great and small and I hope we can all share more with each other... even though it can be nerve-wracking.
